At this level, you’ll be totally capable of handling things on your own while traveling in France or any French-speaking country for a longer stay. You’ll be able to read comfortably, needing a bilingual dictionary only now and then. Everyday conversations? You’ve got it, as long as they don’t get too deep. The topics also start to shift toward broader, more global themes beyond just daily life.
