Refund and Cancellation Policy:  (LingoRelic Language Academy)

Dear French Enthusiast,

At LingoRelic Language Academy, we put a lot of thought into how each batch is planned, from limited seats to structured sessions and personalized attention.

Because of this, all enrollments are final and non-refundable once the payment is made.

When you enroll, your seat is reserved specifically for you, and the batch is structured accordingly. This means we’re unable to offer refunds in situations such as:

– Change of mind, plans or priorities
– Scheduling conflicts
– Personal, professional, or medical reasons
– Missing classes or deciding to discontinue
– Expectations not aligning after enrollment (demo videos of real classes are already provided before enrollment)

Non-transferability:
Each enrollment is meant for an individual student and a specific batch. Therefore, it cannot be transferred to another person, batch, or future session.

Planning and scheduling:
While we always aim to maintain consistency, there may be rare situations where batch timings or structure need slight adjustments. These are part of running a live learning environment and do not qualify for refunds.

Before you enroll:
We genuinely encourage you to take a moment before enrolling to make sure the timing, level, and commitment feel right for you. If you have any doubts, you’re always welcome to reach out to us before making the payment, we’ll be happy to guide you.

Support during the course:
We believe in being approachable. If you face any difficulty during the course, do talk to us, we’ll always try to support you in the best way possible within our policy.

Payment and acknowledgment:
By completing your payment, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Disputes:
We request you to reach out to us directly for any concerns. Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through any platforms without prior communication goes against this agreement.

Governing law:
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Punjab.
