TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The days and timings for classes shall be decided upon the discussion of availability of both, the student and the trainer.
2. All classes will be held on Skype.
3. No refund will be initiated for any cause once the fee payment is made. The fee is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-freezable.
4. A batch transfer fee of INR 3000 will apply for a change in batch, which will only be possible if another batch of the same level is ongoing at the same period, not ahead-not behind (subject to availability of seats).
5. For any purchased course, if a student wishes to delay the continuation of their classes up to a duration of 15 days, an extra fee of INR 4000 will apply. Exceeding 15 days, the fee already paid for the course shall be forfeited.
6. The soft copies of the study material will be provided from our end.
7. For private sessions, if a student wishes to miss a class, the intimation is to be given to the tutor 24 hours prior to the next class, if the student fails to do so, the service will be considered as rendered.
8. LingoRelic does not stand liable for the non performance of the student, if he/ she is not regular with the attendance, homework assignments or self study.
9. The fee paid for classes at LingoRelic for a particular exam preparation is valid only till the first attempt of the exam.
10. Certificate of Completion will NOT be provided if the student attends less than 50% of the class.
